Job description:
Empowerment Home Care is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to lead caregiver recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and compliance efforts for our growing home care organization.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a recruiter with prior experience in high-volume recruiting, interviewing, sourcing, and onboarding, preferably within healthcare or home care. The ideal candidate is highly organized, driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to independently manage the full recruitment cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting experience required
- Home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiver recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Experience conducting interviews and managing onboarding processes
- Strong understanding of hiring compliance and employee documentation
- Familiarity with Guardian and Home Care Aide (HCA) compliance requirements in California preferred
- Knowledge of California home care regulations, caregiver onboarding requirements, and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities simultaneously
- Professional communication and organizational skills required
