Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
- Provide services to clients within the home, office, community, or teletherapy
- Providing mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counseling
- Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan progress and outcomes
- Provide continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessment resulting in modification to the service plan
- Working collaboratively with our clinical team to coordinate care to ensure that all services prescribed in the individualized service plan are implemented
- Participate in case staffing, case conferences, or other meetings with or without the client
- Provide supportive services, including but not limited to, the following: Assistance in maintaining, monitoring and modifying covered behavioral health services
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Master Level Clinician: MFT, CSW, CMHC
- Fully Licensed Clinicians: LMFT, LCSW, CMHC
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
- Licensed by the State of Utah
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- In addition effective interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions, good written and verbal communication skills, time management skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
Salary : $70,000 - $88,000
