Mental Health Therapist

Position Overview
The Mental Health Therapist will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive mental health services to a diverse client population. This role includes delivering individual, group, and family therapy, conducting diagnostic assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support client well-being
- Provide services via telehealth and/or in-person settings
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and all ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional (per state requirements)
- Strong clinical skills and a client-centered, compassionate approach
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, older adults, or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Experience with telehealth platforms (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
