Resident Director

Job Summary
The Resident Director is a live-in staff member whose primary role is to supervise resident assistants and residents in developing a positive living-learning community for the development of cohesive community, safety and security of residents and the enforcement of campus policies.

Duties

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential community, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Oversee resident relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative tasks. u
• Supervision of Staff and Volunteers.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance standards are met and address any issues as they arise.
• Facilitate communication between residents, staff, and external stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
• Provide training and support to staff members in areas such as conflict management and customer service.

Pay: From $20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Rotating weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Owensboro, KY 42301: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
