Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Binghamton, NY. The Residential Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned residential programs, ensuring the delivery of person-centered services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing program budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and developing individualized plans to meet the needs of residents. The Residential Program Manager will coordinate with families, guardians, and external stakeholders and proactively address the needs of the individuals supported.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with 2 years of experience in supervising and training staff.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities, person-centered care, and residential program operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budget management, regulatory compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience with New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- willingness and ability to work at different office locations on a weekly basis per program needs.
