Mental Health Therapist
Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour

Position Overview
The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments/diagnostic evaluations, providing individual and group therapy, developing and monitoring treatment plans, and documenting progress. This role requires the ability to work with a diverse client population using various treatment approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
- Document significant client interactions and maintain accurate clinical records
- Track and report client progress
- Collaborate with other providers and staff to ensure comprehensive care
Minimum Qualifications
- Active master’s level license in Maryland: LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, or LCPC
- At least 1 year of comparable clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to working with diverse populations
