- Document interactions accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.
- Mentor clients through behavioral health challenges, addiction counseling, and social skills development to promote independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure comprehensive support for clients’ mental health needs.
- Educate clients about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community services to empower self-management.
