You went to school to be a healer, not a billing specialist, a marketing expert, or a professional scheduler. At Empowering Change, we view our team as a family, and our goal is to provide a level of support that allows you to focus 100% on your clinical work while we handle the heavy lifting of admin work.

We are looking for a motivated, growth-oriented clinician to join our brand-new, beautifully curated office in Collegeville. If you’re passionate about your work and want the freedom of private practice without the administrative burnout, let’s talk.

The "Stress-Free" Practice Model

We provide a full-service infrastructure so you can maintain a true work-life balance. We handle:

• Full Billing & Credentialing: We manage the entire insurance lifecycle—from credentialing you with providers to processing claims and resolving payment issues.
• Targeted Marketing: We invest heavily in Ads, Psychology Today, SEO, and targeted website marketing to ensure your caseload stays full with the clients you actually want to see.
• Client Coordination & Scheduling: From the first phone call to the final booking, our Client Coordinator manages the logistics based on the hours you set.
• The Space: Access to a beautifully furnished shared office space in our new 7-office suite. While the space is professionally decorated, we encourage you to add your own personal touches to make it feel like home.

The Details

• Location: Our modern office at 1610 W Main St, Collegeville, PA. (so many windows!)
• Schedule: You set your own hours! To meet our community's needs, we are looking for someone available for two evenings per week.
• Compensation: We start our independent contractors at a 60/40 split.

• Fully Licensed: Active, unrestricted PA license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Growth-Oriented: You are dedicated to clinical excellence and are motivated by professional advancement and lifelong learning.
• Autonomous but Connected: You enjoy the independence of a 1099 role but appreciate being part of a high-end, supportive "work family".
