EmpowerHome is looking for a VP of Marketing who can take ownership of the entire marketing function, from strategy and lead generation to messaging, campaigns, analytics, vendors, systems, and team leadership.
This is not a role for someone who has spent their career owning just one piece of marketing inside a large organization.
We’re looking for someone who has worn a lot of hats. Someone who has been responsible for figuring out what to market, who to market to, what offer to make, how to get people to raise their hands, how to measure the results, and what to do next.
You might have led marketing for a smaller company, fitness company, home services organization, real estate company, or another lead-driven business where you had to be both the strategist and the person who could roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 based on experience and demonstrated results
