Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 commission based

Qualifications

• Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process
• Manage client communication, follow-up, and CRM workflows
• Build your pipeline through lead follow-up and prospecting
• Host monthly team open houses and receive leads generated
• Manage your CRM, calendar, appointments, and sales pipeline
• Deliver exceptional service that drives referrals and repeat business
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and weekly team meetings
