You'll be a key part of our accounting team, supporting multiple clients and ensuring bills are processed correctly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable for multiple client accounts
- Enter, code, and review bills accurately and timely
- Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready records
- Manage payment schedules and ensure vendors are paid on time
- Communicate clearly with internal team members and clients regarding AP questions
- Track and resolve discrepancies or missing documentation
- Support month-end processes and collaborate with the accounting team
- Utilize and maintain accuracy across multiple tech platforms

Required / Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, service-based environment
- Experience with is a HUGE plus
- Confident with QuickBooks Online
- Comfort using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp
