What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Director position at Empowered Staffing?
Empowered Staffing is partnered with a drug and alcohol rehab organization offering detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Clinical Director for its newest facility in Richmond to manage and lead the clinical staff and oversee facility programming.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function
- Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
- Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
- Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
- Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
What We're Looking For:
- A Master's degree (or higher) in a related field is preferred
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a hospital/ residential setting preferred; 3 years of experience in chemical dependency/dual-diagnosed clients
- Current LPC, LCSW, or LSATP license in the state of Virginia
