Empowered Hospitality is on the lookout for rockstar District Managers for our exciting QSR and fast casual clients located in NYC!
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of District Manager/Area Manager experience
- High volume, multi-unit experience across food and beverage concepts
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff training & development.
- Extensive experience in personalized guest service that exudes hospitality
- Strong floor presence with a detailed understanding of Front of House operating procedures
- Strong background in food service management with knowledge of culinary practices.
- Highly intuitive, problem-solving nature – able to identify operational issues and create solutions
- Demonstrated success with exceeding financial, customer and employee engagement/retention goals
- A passion for the hospitality industry

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
