Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Friday
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 hourly

What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering and handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Scheduling service appointments efficiently
- Present maintenance agreements and 10-year extended warranty options to clients in a consultative, customer-focused manner.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
- Providing top-tier customer service to our clients
- Collection of payments
- Renewing membership contracts
- Following up with installation leads
- Monitor jobs for return trips
- Monitor Kohler Management Pro app for any shutdowns
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service and scheduling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Highly organized & detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or GED
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Service Titan software
- Knowledge of the local service area (Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero)
