What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Empowered Church Ministry?
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (forklift experience is a plus)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Label, sort, and store products in designated locations
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Pay: $22.50 - $27.10 per hour
