Full Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the lead clinician for a clinic setting. This is an opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working independently, values flexibility, and wants to step away from high-pressure, billable-only models.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their clinical decision-making and prefers autonomy, while still having access to consultation and collaboration when needed.
About the Role
You will function as the primary BCBA for an assigned clinic, overseeing all clinical services including assessment, programming, and staff support. While the contract is held by the Clinical Director, this role is designed to operate with a high level of independence and trust.
This is not a micromanaged or heavily supervised position. The expectation is that you are comfortable running your caseload and making clinical decisions, with support available when you want it.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior support plans
- Oversee and update client programming
- Provide staff support and clinical guidance as needed
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintain documentation in accordance with organizational and payer standards
- Collaborate with families, staff, and other stakeholders
- Identify and problem-solve clinical or systems-level challenges
Support Structure
- Monthly consultation/check-in
- Additional support available upon request
- No routine case-by-case oversight
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification (in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- Experience working with children in a clinic-based setting
- Strong independent clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supervising and managing behavior technicians
