Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking full-time Fence Installer for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm. Work consists of completing fence repairs, fence warranty and install completions that include completing all administrative tasks associated. All tools will be provided. Full benefits including health insurance and 401k are offered. Pay starts from $20-23 per hour, depending on experience. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
- Provide feedback to the Training/Development Leader to assist with developing training to alleviate future warranty issues
- Complete and/or schedule weekly repairs and warranty with minimal assistance from install teams
- Assist with additional trainings as needed
- Review daily tasks with Field Operations Leader
- Complete repairs and warranties as needed to minimize backlog
- Assist Field Operations Leader with vehicle maintenance tasks
- Schedule warranties/repairs to resolve customer concerns
- Interact with customers and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements:
- Possess Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Must have a Clean Driving Record
- Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)
- Pass drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience in building and repairing wood, vinyl, and aluminium fencing
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communications
- Basic experience with computer operations and appropriate software
- Ability to read plans and give and follow instructions
- Ability to problem solve as they arise
- Ability to interpret, obey and supervise others regarding applicable safety regulations
- Highly detail oriented with organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers
- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
