What You’ll Do
- Learn solar products, sales strategies, and energy assessments through hands-on training
- Meet with homeowners to understand their energy needs and educate them on solar solutions
- Explain system benefits, financing options, and available tax incentives
- Manage leads using simple CRM tools
- Achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
