Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists the RN in addressing persons' medical needs. Functions as a liaison with providers in the community.
Assists RN to maintain contact with family and day program.
Acts as a representative of Empower when interacting with providers in the community.
Flexible Schedule
Union Position
Guaranteed raises each year per the union contract
