What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their energy needs and present customized solar solutions
- Educate customers on system benefits, financing options, tax incentives, and energy savings
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through self-generated and company-provided opportunities
- Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous residential solar sales experience
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience with solar financing options and CRM platforms is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
