Role Overview
- Learn solar solutions, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies
- Meet with homeowners to discuss energy savings opportunities
- Conduct consultations and present customized solar proposals
- Explain system features, financing options, and available incentives
- Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Consistently achieve performance targets while delivering strong customer service
Ideal Candidate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Organized and able to manage responsibilities independently
- Comfortable using mobile technology and basic applications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
