Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and community marketing efforts.
• Educate homeowners about roofing solutions, materials, warranties, and pricing options.
• Prepare and deliver accurate estimates, proposals, and service contracts.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Track leads, appointments, and sales activities using company tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence, confidence, and strong work ethic.
• Self-driven, coachable, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, including evenings and select Saturdays.
• Minimum age: 17 .
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred).
