Empower Wellness is a growing, multidisciplinary mental health and wellness practice dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. As we expand into integrated wellness and aesthetic services through BODY by Empower Wellness, we are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for a PA who is passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and collaborative care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
⭐ Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient assessments and consultations
- Performing aesthetic medical procedures (e.g., injectables, skincare treatments, etc.) (specific services can be customized)
- Collaborating with leadership to build and develop BODY by Empower Wellness services
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Ensuring patient safety, education, and positive experience
- Supporting clinic operations and contributing to a holistic wellness model
- Complying with Florida regulations, safety protocols, and company standards
⭐ Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active Florida PA-C license in good standing
- Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness medicine preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently AND collaboratively
- Professional, compassionate, and aligned with Empower Wellness’s mission
- Comfort working in a growing and innovative service line
