What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Specialist position at Empower U?
As a full-time client experience specialist, your primary responsibility is to greet and assist clients who come to Empower U . Your job is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients feel welcome and comfortable. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, collecting client documentation and payments, maintaining the facility's cleanliness, assisting the team and providing administrative support. This role will provide support for multiple locations.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree
- Minimum of 2 years in healthcare or admin experience
- Strong communications skills both written and verbally
- Experience working with EMR & CRM platforms
- Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
