Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team. Duties
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
- Implement and monitor care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Observe and document patient behavior, progress, and any changes in condition.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Provide support in social activities and community integration.
- Facilitate communication between clients, families, and other care team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
Requirements
- Experience in assisted living or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of care plans and patient observation techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy of client information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a group home setting.
- Must be 18 or older to apply
- Must have a valid driver's license
- No experience necessary
- Must pass Criminal, Adult and Child Abuse, Office of Inspector background and driving record checks.
