The ideal candidate is passionate about ABA, committed to ethical practice, and experienced in supervising behavior technicians.You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide parent training, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure the highest quality services.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments such as FBAs, VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R, and functional analyses as clinically appropriate.Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Provide high-quality supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.Deliver parent and caregiver training to support generalization and long-term progress.Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.Ensure clinical documentation meets Maryland Medicaid and insurance requirements.Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines and all Maryland state regulations.Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.QualificationsMaster’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.Must meet Maryland state requirements for practicing ABA (or be eligible to obtain them).Experience in early intervention, autism services, or school-based ABA preferred.Strong behavioral assessment and clinical writing skills.Warm, reliable, and committed to ethical ABA.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience.Flexible schedule options.Low caseloads to ensure high-quality care.Administrative support to reduce paperwork burden.Paid CEUs and ongoing professional development.Health, dental, and vision benefits (if provided by your company).Mileage reimbursement for travel.Opportunities for advancement (Lead BCBA, Clinical Director).
