Duties
- Conduct structured swimming lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and safety protocols while encouraging student participation and confidence
- Monitor students closely during lessons to ensure safety, applying lifeguard skills when necessary
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide progress updates and recommend personalized improvement strategies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, ensuring all equipment is safe and ready for use
Skills
- Proven experience with strong water safety knowledge
