About the Role - Seeking a highly motivated Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience in civil litigation. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment, with exceptional writing skills and can manage sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex litigation issues.
- Work directly with clients, including high-profile and sports management clients, ensuring exceptional communication and client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Florida (or eligibility for admission).
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience; trial or deposition experience preferred.
- Experience working with or exposure to high-profile clients, particularly in sports, entertainment, or related industries, strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
