Empower Strategic Account Manager

  • Develop and execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at assigned customers.
  • Manage assigned customers and possess good understanding of customer requirements.
  • Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' organization and departments
  • Lead and drive new business demand creation with Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design win penetrations at customer R&D and design centers.
  • Work closely and support Business Units on Competitor analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations.
  • Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of semiconductor customers in the assigned region
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into design wins.
  • Collaborate with Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) and product line teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and funnel data using advanced software/tools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in semiconductor sales or field applications engineering managing large global accounts
  • Strong understanding of analog, power, or imaging semiconductor products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex accounts.
