Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in Business Analysis working with Technology team and business stake holders to drive initiatives Distributed mutitier architecture and DBSQL experience is desired
- 7 years of experience in Technology Delivery Project Management Program Management roles in combination with BA
- Proven track record delivering largescale complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies JIRA and automation with ROVO agents General awareness of AI
- Exceptional communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across organizations without direct reporting authority
Preferred Experience:
- Retirement Product Domain Wealth management Capital Markets domain experience is plus
- Delivery of Modernization enterprise applications digital transformations
- Understanding of programming languages like Java Python etc
- Understanding ofexperience in multitier distributed architecture
- Good working knowledge of Relational Databases preferably SQL Server DB2
