Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Manager to lead Agile teams and drive the successful delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, ensure Agile best practices are followed, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity and project timelines.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and project status using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and effective communication across teams.
- Support release planning, backlog grooming, and sprint execution activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while maintaining Agile standards.
- Identify risks and proactively work with teams to mitigate them.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives and foster a collaborative team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience working in Agile environments as a Scrum Master or Scrum Manager.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing multiple Agile teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience in enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
