Role: Retail Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
Location: Issaquah, WA- (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Local profiles will be considered only.
Must Have Skills (Mandatory Requirements):
10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) This is a strict requirement
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Retail domain Retail experience is mandatory
Must Have Skills
Skill 1 10 Years of exp as BSA
Skill 2 3 Years of Exp in the Retail domain
Required Skills:
Strong experience in the retail domain (merchandising, inventory, supply chain, POS, or membership systems). Expertise in requirement gathering, BRDs/FRDs, and Agile user stories. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with tools like ADO, Google Workspace Suite, Visio, and Lucid Chart. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and retail platforms. Understanding of data flows, system integrations, APIs. Experience supporting digital transformation programs is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or related field, 5 years of experience as a BSA in enterprise environments
Experience working in large retail organizations or similar environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting warehouse operations or membership-based retail models
Exposure to omnichannel retail (e-commerce in-store systems), Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications
In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $55. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
