Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team! We are actively hiring Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) across multiple locations. In these rewarding roles, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy services to improve mobility, independence, communication, and overall quality of life. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home health settings to provide exceptional patient care.
Duties
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services based on clinical needs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Support patients in achieving maximum functional independence and quality of life.
Requirements
- Current and active PT, OT, OTA, or SLP license in the applicable state.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, Outpatient, Home Health, Acute Care, or Hospital settings is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR documentation systems.
