Role: Project Manager (Risk & Controls)
Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid 3-4 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Interview: Face-to-Face (Local Candidates Only)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Risk & Controls within the Banking/Financial Services domain.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Risk & Controls and Financial Services Compliance
- Hands-on experience conducting Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
- Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks
- Experience analyzing KPI, KRI, and KCI metrics
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and remediation tracking
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and issue escalation skills
- Excellent communication and project management experience
Location Requirement:
- Must be local to Whippany, NJ or nearby states.
- Must be able to work onsite 3-4 days per week.
- Face-to-Face interview is mandatory.
