Our approach bridges the gap between symptom relief and real-life resilience through strength-based care and a whole-person perspective. Our clients range from people who are just beginning to integrate movement into their daily lives to those who already participate in higher levels of sport and performance. We are an inclusive practice and provide pelvic health and orthopedic services to clients of all genders.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong orthopedic background with a solid foundation in loading principles
- Curious and growth-oriented - excited to learn and evolve in pelvic health
- Inclusive mindset - Gender-affirming, and trauma-informed
- Motivated to grow clinically and actively participate in building a collaborative care network
- Pelvic health experience is a plus, but not required - Mentorship and training are available for strong ortho clinicians ready to dive in.
What We Offer: Full-time compensation package includes:
- Salary: 95K - 130K depending on salary structure and experience
- 2 weeks PTO 6 bank holidays
- $2500 con ed stipend
- Healthcare benefit coverage
- 401K with matching after 1 year full time
- Earliest start time 7 AM
- Latest shift end time 7 PM
- 1 hour paid lunch per day
- 1 hour team meeting per week
- Mentorship with therapists with 8 years pelvic health and orthopedic positions including designated time for: shadowing, reviewing or learning clinical skills, debriefing on con ed, etc
