About the Role
You will treat patients of all ages in a general outpatient orthopedic setting, with vestibular rehabilitation also part of the caseload. A pelvic health caseload is available for interested candidates. All care is delivered one-on-one in 45-minute sessions with no patient overlap unless you as the treating therapist determine it is clinically appropriate. Full-time clinicians can expect to see 44 patients per week. You will have full autonomy over your schedule. This is a staff-level position with a path to management available for candidates who want it. New graduate Physical Therapists are fully supported and will receive structured mentorship.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, with clinic hours running 7am to 7pm. No weekends. No holidays. Flexible scheduling is available and you will have the autonomy to build a schedule that works for your life.
Compensation
Base compensation starts at $97,000, with experienced candidates expected to earn over $100,000. Total compensation reaches $120,000 or more when all components are included. A sign-on bonus or relocation assistance is available.

Requirements
Eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Alaska. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive full mentorship support. Full-time availability of 40 hours preferred, with part-time consideration for candidates available at least 16 hours across 2 weekdays.
