Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the development and execution of the annual financial plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.
- Analyzes financial data, key performance indicators, and operational metrics, using data visualization to communicate insights and deliver monthly presentations.
- Prepares and enhances dashboards, financial reports, and management reporting packages to provide strategic insights and improve decision-making.
- Monitors financial performance against budget and forecast, implements corrective actions, and collaborates with departments to optimize cost structures and improve profitability.
- Fosters a collaborative work environment, mentors team members, and leads special projects while staying updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present high-quality, actionable insights to executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical techniques, with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning, accounting software, and Business Intelligence tools a plus.
