Role Description
This is a Full-Time Independent Contractor (1099) role for a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA). You will be the engine of our pipeline, ensuring every loan file is meticulously handled from application to close. This is a hybrid role based in Visalia, CA, offering flexibility once you have mastered our specific "Fast and Caring" workflow.
Your Mission:
- Workflow Mastery: Manage the LOS (ARIVE), CRM, and Google Workspace to move files through the pipeline with zero friction.
- Modern Marketing & Growth: Lead the charge on social media (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube) to generate excitement and, more importantly, secure 5-star reviews.
- Client Advocacy: Provide "white-glove" follow-up and retention services, ensuring every client feels cared for through the entire escrow process.
- Process Implementation: Follow and improve our established procedures to maintain our "Trustworthy & Fast" reputation.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You prefer the freedom and upside of a 1099 partnership over a standard W2 desk job.
- Detail Obsessed: You thrive on procedures, checklists, and accurate documentation.
- Tech-Forward: Proficiency in ARIVE (LOS), Google Products, and CRM management is a massive plus.
