Role Description
This is a remote internship opportunity for a Business Development Intern to support the growth and expansion of Empower Global. The intern will assist with lead generation, do sales outreach, conduct market research, and analyze data to identify opportunities. Additional responsibilities include press outreach, corporate sponsorship outreach and contributing to the development of business strategies and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis, lead evaluation, and identifying business opportunities
- Willing to cold call and cold email prospects
- Super organzied
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Experience in lead generation and market research
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools is a plus
- Passion for leadership development and alignment with Empower Global’s mission
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Comfortable supporting a one woman show
- Can fluently use Gen AI but is also strong writer
Please note this position will receive a small stipend ($250-$1000 total for the summer depending on part time vs full time, school credit and introductions to founders network. )
