We are passionate about delivering high-energy, high-quality events and are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our Event Set Up Crew.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and energetic part-time crew members to assist with the delivery, setup, breakdown, and removal of DJ and event equipment. This role is critical in ensuring our events are executed flawlessly and our clients are thrilled with the experience we provide.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload equipment at the warehouse and event sites
- Set up sound, lighting, staging, and DJ equipment according to floor plans and instructions
- Assist DJs and event staff with equipment needs during setup and breakdown
- Ensure all gear is properly handled, maintained, and stored after use
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues if they arise during setup
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude on-site
- Communicate effectively with team members and event leads
- Follow timelines and event schedules to ensure timely setups and breakdowns
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Prior event or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
