Empower Dispatch Solutions is seeking professional owner-operators looking for reliable freight, strong broker negotiations, and a driver-first dispatch model. We partner with independent drivers to keep trucks moving, maximize weekly gross, and reduce downtime — without forced dispatch.
You stay in control of your truck and schedule. We handle the back office.
Compensation:
- $5,000 – $9,000 weekly gross per truck (depending on lanes, market, and availability)
- Dispatch rate: 7% of gross load revenue (minimum $50 per load)
- Drivers keep 100% of load pay
- Weekly settlements
- No hidden fees
What We Provide

Driver Requirements
