Duties/Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Find new leads, generate opportunities, conduct sales presentations, and convert prospects into customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Account Growth: Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts to increase revenue.
- Project Coordination (Agency/In-house): Liaise with internal teams (creative, technical) to ensure client projects are delivered on time and meet briefs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Reporting: Track progress against sales targets and report on account performance.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Skills: Strong communication (written & verbal), negotiation, problem-solving, organization, time management, resilience, and interpersonal skills.
- Qualifications: Experience in sales or account management being crucial. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel) is beneficial.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Ability to make phone calls.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
