Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through direct sales efforts.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities in the market.
- Manage assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management strategies.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
- Track sales activities, manage customer data, and report on performance metrics using CRM software.
- 3 years of B2B sales experience ideally within the commercial cleaning or facilities services industries.
- Track record of success exceeding sales targets
- Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successfully managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with account management practices and strategies for retaining customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Experience conducting presentations that engage customers and highlight product value
