Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures.
- Support the clinical team during patient consultations and treatments.
- Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use.
- Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Monday through Friday

- Certification: Medical Assistant or EMT certification in the state of Missouri is preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work open to close, 5 days per week.
