What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-based assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and provide ongoing training and feedback to RBTs
- Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration to support skill generalization
- Monitor client progress through data review and analysis
- Ensure clinical documentation and treatment plans meet compliance standards
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, intake, and case coordination teams
- Participate in ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working within a supportive team structure
- Comfortable working in in-home settings
- Experience supervising RBTs or BTs
- Experience providing in-home ABA services
- Strong family-centered and collaborative approach
- Availability for after-school hours
- Experience working with insurance-based ABA services
