Responsibilities :
Implement behavior intervention plans crafted by the supervising BCBA.
Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behaviors during your sessions.
Provide individualized one-on-one support to clients across various settings, such as homes, schools, and community environments.
Assist clients in developing daily living skills and enhancing their social interactions.
Maintain precise medical documentation and progress notes as required.
Collaborate with a dedicated team, including therapists and family members, to ensure a unified approach to client care.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to advance your skills in applied behavior analysis.
Experience :
Ideal candidates should have knowledge in the following areas :
1 year of experience working with children or children with autism.
Understanding of behavioral health practices and interventions.
Familiarity with gender issues counseling techniques.
Knowledge of medical documentation standards.
Insight into psychotherapy practices.
Awareness of individual and group counseling dynamics.
Experience with clinical research related to behavioral health.
Application of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
