What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Empower ABA Therapy?
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in a home setting under BCBA supervision. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and growing within the ABA field.
Schedule:
- Monday and Friday from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Weekends: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Part-time position
Pay Rate:
- $20–$30/hour based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the home
- Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect session data and complete documentation
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills
Qualifications:
- RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with children with ASD
- Experience with Early Intervention
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation required
