Role Summary :
The Compliance Analyst is part of the compliance team and assists with ongoing compliance monitoring, HMDA data collection and auditing, and other data projects as requested. You will conduct testing and data analysis to ensure the completion of the annual compliance plan. Our ideal candidate is a personable, adaptable, organized, creative and analytical individual. To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail, and work effectively with a challenging workload, multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities :
- Compile HMDA data for reporting, analysis and state examinations
- Provide data to analytical software vendor and learn software to eventually bring in-house
- Conduct compliance tests, monitoring, and other assigned projects in accordance with the annual compliance plan
- Compile data as needed for examinations and audit requests
- Interact internally with associates to gather needed materials and information.
- Assist Monitoring and Testing Manager with licensing and regulatory inquiries
- Track and document all work product.
- Create and deliver periodic reports on the status of monitoring, assigned projects and annual compliance plan.
- Assist with other tasks as directed
- Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations, industry trends, and internal processes and controls within scope of responsibility
