Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
• Conduct personalized vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize sales opportunities while maintaining professionalism and transparency.
• Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure accurate product availability information for customers.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
• Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, or financing options to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating strong phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract diverse clientele, including multilingual or bilingual customers.
• Support dealership operations through effective organizational skills, retail math proficiency, and inventory management practices.

Experience

• Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments, preferably within a dealership setting.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales roles.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals efficiently and ethically.
• Familiarity with CRM software tools used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Experience in inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for maintaining accurate records and supporting sales support functions.
• Prior exposure to automotive industry practices such as dealership experience, inventory control, cold calling, outbound sales, and marketing strategies is highly desirable. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
