Job Description:
We are looking for a positive, high energy, people person with cash handling experience and excellent member service skills to join our fun and friendly credit union team.
Successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional member service through friendly, positive energy and accuracy by assisting members and potential members with their daily financial needs. Must perform a variety of transaction services for members involving cash, checks, wires and transfers.
Experience:
Minimum: One year of financial or cash handling/bookkeeping experience.
Education:
Minimum: A high school education or equivalent.
Preferred experience:
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and communicate effectively. Familiarity with basic office functions: filing, typing, word processing, basic math, ability to operate a 10-key calculator and cash handling.
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Bilingual is a highly preferred skill for this position.
Will be required to work Saturdays.
